Brett (BJ) Johnson

Brett graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors Degree in Finance. He joined Lincoln Financial Advisors as a Case Manager working on case design and financial planning for 2 years. In January 2005, Brett joined Knox Capital Group and currently serves as Operations Manager. Brett enjoys spending time with his wife Angie and their daughters Cambry and Mia.

Christopher Jeppson | MAcc, CPA, CFP®

Chris works with clients in building and implementing strategies (creative design ideas) in the areas of income tax, estate and gift tax, as well as wealth accumulation and protection. Previously he worked as Director, Financial Advisory Services for Lincoln Financial Advisiors/Sagemark Consulting’s Western Region. He shared responsibility for the overall management of the planning support services provided by the Directors of Planning and Case Managers located in the fourteen LFA/Sagemark Consulting offices throughout the western states. Prior to joining LFA, Chris was a Senior Associate in Business Assurance Services with one of the big five accounting firms. Chris is former President and current Chairperson on the Board of the Financial Planning Association of Utah. In his spare time, Chris enjoys coaching his children’s youth soccer teams, backpacking and snowboarding.

(Holds the CPA designation but is currently not practicing)

Brad T. Williams | Investment Specialist

Brad graduated with an AAS degree in Business from Salt Lake Community College and went on to attend Utah State University. He has worked with Stan Kimball since 2001 and joined Knox Capital Group in September of 2004. He works as an Investment Specialist. Brad has been married to Shannon for 13 years and they have a daughter named Madeleine.

Camila P. Hardy

Camie received a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters of Finance from the University of Utah. She spent several years in the Public Accounting sector with Arthur Anderson & Co. and Arthur Young & Co. In 1986 she joined the New York office of Brownson, Rehmus & Foxworth as an investment advisor/financial planner and was with BRF for 19 years. She Joined Knox Capital in March of 2008, and is currently pursuing her CFA designation.

Brooke Hargett | Director of Insurance

She began with the partners of our firm in 1999, and has worked as an Administrative Assistant to several Advisors. Brooke began coordinating insurance underwriting in Knox’s Las Vegas branch in 2007, and last May she joined the main office in Salt Lake City, Utah. As the Director of Insurance for Knox Capital Group, she manages the pipeline for all new business in the office. Brooke serves as the liaison between the clients, carriers and our advisor, to make sure that everything is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Brooke attended Weber State University and the University of Utah as an English Major. She has her Insurance License and Workers Compensation License. Brooke has also worked in the Marketing Department at Workers Compensation Fund, been a self-employed Cosmetologist, and is also an avid Writer.

Jeffrey Barrick | Technical Assistant

Jeff graduated from the University of Utah in 2008 with a double major in Finance and Information Systems. Upon graduation he joined Knox Capital Group where his main role is supporting BJ and Chris in the planning process.
